    November 5, 2023 - Mildly smoked raspberries, mint, and honeysuckle on the nose with a touch of umami near the end of the whiff. The aforementioned plays on the palate with some strawberry joining the party. The ending tightens into a singular one-two punch of acid and tannin that pushes the fruits into a mouthwatering finish.
    This is a very well done Tempranillo blend, and I think it could handle several more years of cellaring.

    Still quite good on the second day.

    April 9, 2023 - 초반 탄닌 풍부, 시간지날수록 줄어드나 이후 데일리치곤 괜찮은 풍미가.. 약간의 미국스러움이 느켜지는.. 2만 넘으면 좀;;;

    March 26, 2023 - Very interesting wine experiment in a lesser known Spanish mountain region. Reminds me a bit of the super Tuscan concept; adding Cab and Merlot to the local varietals; definitely some new world influence. This blend works from nose to finish with great balance and a great QPR.

    March 12, 2023 - An excellent Red Wine blend from Spain from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Tempranillo and Granacha grapes.!
    Lusciously deep ruby red color in the glass (nearly opaque) with aromas of sweet red berries such as cherries and raspberries. Also, aromas of leather, chocolate, tobacco and plums. Elevated viscosity as evidenced by well defined tears on the sides of the glass.
    On the palate, mouthfeel is full bodied and complex with flavor notes mirroring the wine’s aromas. Also noted. a very slight ‘sweetness” in mid-palate to the finish that was quite delightful. Acidity was well-balanced.
    This wine producer’s goal of creating an exceptional Bordeaux blend from Spain was achieved!
