March 1, 2024 - very yeasty nose with a little brioche. Good acidity balance on the palate, but later on the acidity got more prominent.

February 15, 2024 - Lot # L06-20. Rich mature and moderately complex. Plenty of nutty and oxidative notes accompanied by straw, biscuit and some fading fruit. Enjoyable but not memorable given the Terroir. Improved slightly with air but it's a good PnP. Drink soon.

Otrolig viskositet från att gå in och be all over till att sedan slukas ner och bli som en varm kram. Hittar bär i det röda spektrat, äpplen, viol, blommor, vanilj och florsocker.
Härlig komplex och lång eftersmak. Super efter en tuffare dag på jobbet -

December 2, 2023 - Really amazing cuvée from Rodez.
Lot 04/2023, was not able to deduce more information from this about vintage distribution.
Tasted from 2 glasses, Sophien classical Champagne glass gave more place for fruity aroma, some raspberries and lime. Out of the Zalto Bordeaux there was great richness, brioche and hazelnut. The wine changed a lot over the hours. Highly recommended 🥂1 person found this helpful Comment -

Cuvée drunk for the first time at the estate and it wowed me.
But here, the wine turns out to be very closed, with a fermented nose of black fruits.
Very compact and especially slender on the palate with abundant effervescence. The juice is like a block and passes through the mouth without fully expressing itself, with a very short finish. I find neither the race of the Ambonnay terroir nor the complexity which I had at the time in March 2022. Perhaps drunk too early and without significant aeration?
