September 18, 2023 - Bright red fruit, sweet, oak, rather polished. Reading that it sees large untoasted oak, Austrian bottis of 3000 liters. Day 3 gathering depth on the nose, aceton, more balsamic but holds up fine. Not very long acidic finish, rather a fine resolution grip of nebbiolo.

August 6, 2023 - Aromas of cherry, plum, orange rind, licorice and earth.

July 30, 2023 - 2019 Barbaresco Tasting: My #2, group #7. Sweet fruit on the nose, and some sweetness on the palate with good balanced acid. Dry tannins on the medium+ finish.

July 7, 2023 - red cherries, young, med tannins, rose pedals. Fresh herbs and vanilla with balanced acidity. medium finish. well structured. Very nice, could age a few years to peak.
