July 13, 2019 - Purple with a clay rim. Old world Black fruit nose. Decaying woodpile. Palate adds dried currant. Med acidity, medium tannin. Long finish finished on clay, dirty leather and earthy notes.
December 22, 2017 - Un Cahors d'une belle teinte rubis violacé. Jeune et atypique au profil fruité, souple et digeste. Pas très complexe et un peu court mais une belle expression fruité du Cahors.
November 12, 2017 - Drank with first beef stew of winter. Solid table wine. Faint hint of cherry carries into taste, which is otherwise kind of generic wine. Enough tannins and acid to provide structure without being intrusive. Ready getting, decent value.
May 26, 2017 - Meilleur jour 2.
Fruit éclatant, encore plus au nez qu'en bouche. belle matière, on sent le beau millésime 2015. Tannins légèrement asséchants, fruits rouges croquants et violette, fraîcheur agréable. Finale sympa. Très très bon pour le prix (20$), à réessayer dans qq années. Bio. Miam!

January 19, 2017 - This shows the vintage - bigger, more rounded and intense than earlier versions, less floral, more kirsch. It's really pretty good but starts to border on syrupy, just a little bit. It may only need a few months to relax. I preferred the raw angularity of the 2013 and the sternness of 2014, but this is still a swell value.
Day 2 note: Better, snappier and more integrated. There's a lot of material here and it will probably age well.
