December 26, 2021 - Dark/opaque garnet fading to pink rim. Dark cherry, sour cherry, smoke, and sweet tobacco on the nose. The palate hit hard with aggressive, persistent tannins, more cherry, good acidity, and a long aftertaste. There is a lot going on here. It coats your mouth and hangs around. Serve with rich or gamey red meats. Very good now, but it will be better in five years.
