Community Tasting Notes 3

January 25, 2024 - PnP- initial nose of blackberry and cherry with faint leather in the background. Palate shows more cherry, red currant, black olive and cocoa nib. With some air it opens up a bit more and is medium bodied. Decent acidity and mild tannins. Not complex and while not a ‘fruit bomb’ by any means the fruit remains at the core. An easy mid-week drinker.

August 5, 2023 - Solid once again, maybe a touch better than last time.

November 27, 2022 - 2.5 hour decant. Bright nose. Soft, easy drinking cab. Good change of pace from the big cabs, which I prefer. Party/family/sharing wine for sure!
