  February 23, 2024 - Bright yellow straw color. Golden apple, green pear, citrus, and hints of bread on the nose. Bright and fresh with some brioche notes and mineral finish. Great value Champagne that's comparable to crémants in its price range.

  March 7, 2023 - This was surprisingly clean and refreshing when served cold. As it warmed it became more cidery. Go with it cold and it is good value as such. Sam’s club bargain at ~$20

  January 15, 2023 - Part of a large tasting. Yeast up fron on the nose. Pear, apple, subtle brioche notes. heavier body than the first wine. Brioche shows up in the medium finish.
