March 26, 2024 - Last of 3. Still solid and at under $20USD, not much not to like here.

November 6, 2022 - A touch more interesting than my first bottle but, still, this is mostly a simple, straightforward pleasure with a bowl of pasta.

June 15, 2022 - Pretty tasty, if somewhat simple, Chianti. Red cherries galore and decent acidity. This may evolve over the next year or two, but it’s unlikely to ever be a wine of real complexity. More of an early drinking food companion, I think.

June 3, 2022 - Wonderful Chianti. My first experience with this producer. Cherry, strawberry, earth tones. Bright ruby red in color. Popped and poured and ready to go. Enjoyed with a cypress salad and bucatini pasta. Under $20USD for me. Enjoy now or hold.

May 26, 2022 - Medium ruby red. Red cherries, herbaceous, fine acidity, some , the nose is restrained and deepish. Bright redcurrant on tasting, tannins in the background, richness of stewed fruits, reasonably balanced. Good - better with a few days aging, smooths and balances well.

April 25, 2022 - My first time trying a wine from this producer (and my first time trying any Chianti from this vintage), and off the first glass, this is pretty decent. Good acidity, with some black cherry notes on the nose, straight-forward and clean. Not overly complex, but this would be a nice pairing with pizza. Nicely balanced and lean, but no clue how this might age.

February 18, 2022 - Pleasant, food friendly Chianti. Clean, lighter bodied and fairly fruity. Good acidity. This seemed like it could be raised in concrete or stainless. While this is well made, and enjoyable, it struck me as a bistro wine. Something that would be on the by the glass menu at a restaurant. I'd rather spend a little more, and go up the hierarchy for some more depth and complexity. Ann really enjoyed it.

There was about a glass left that sat in the refrigerator for a couple days. It held up very well, and may have even been better. Pretty solid wine for the price.
