  April 23, 2023 - Deep gold. Pronounced nose of ripe red apple, gooseberry, grape, peach, butter, honey, buscuit and almond. Dry, medium high acidity, medium alcohol, medium full body. Flavour translated through to the palate. Medium finish. Still alive and kicking!

  On the nose - strong smell of ripe apple, some peach; butter and honey notes
  Palate - dry, medium to high acidity, full body for a white, pronounced flavour intensity and medium finish
  Really enjoy this wine, having it with a mushroom risotto

  February 16, 2021 - Not a great wine but very nice. Deep golden color. Got much better with a 1/2 of air. A little bitter at first. Opened nicely. Lanolin, wax, lemon zest, and wet mountain stone after a lite shower with a slight nuttiness. Acidity good. Nice wine. Much better with air.
