November 6, 2022 - A Cabernet Sauvignon from Emilia Romagna, offering a tannic foreground and a ripe, low-acid background. In other words, there is an imbalance of structure and content, but the tannins are not overbearing, the drinking is not without pleasure, and my recommendation is to drink sooner rather than later, as I believe that the tannins will outlast the fruit.
