June 28, 2010 - Bright and clear golden yellow with a tinge of green. At first the nose reveals layers of citrus and minerality. As the wine begins to warm, aromas of saline become pronounced and finishes with a touch of lemon. As the wine comes up in temperature it begins to loose its acidity and rounds to loose it's sharpness. Dramatically so in five degrees! Drink them up now while they show value. EG

    December 11, 2009 - Taste from Elysian.
Round and ripe with some glycerin viscocity that would be offputting to some Old World Burg drinkers.
Funky nose of peat moss, underripe fruit and wet minerals.

July 15, 2008 - Second bottle, and it was like the first...nothing special, just OK.

July 1, 2008 - We were thrilled to see a Chablis with a screw top but the wine was just OK. Lacked any sort of depth but was crisp and clean. Apparently this wine never touches oak to reveal true Chablis characteristics (aged in stainless steel). It does taste like a traditional Chablis, just not a very good one. It did taste better after 2 days in the fridge.
