  January 11, 2024 - Laid it down for 2 years, decanted it for 2-4 hours and it really smoothed out toward the end. Excellent QPR at $7. It punches way above its class. Not a lot of complexity. It is dry rather than sweet, which is a good thing in our house.
  
  It went really well with sheep cheese and popcorn. (It needs counter-balancing fat in food to shine.) I suspect it would go well with steak or pizza.
  
  I may wait another year to open the next bottle, or just open it when I can decant it for 4-6 hours.
  
  Purely on taste, I give it an 88. Factoring in price would take it to 90, I think.
