August 28, 2010 - Don't know how the producers can call this "extra dry". This is a sweet, jammy Pinot Noir rose, with lots lots of strawberry, raspberry on the front end, sour cherry on the finish.

October 11, 2009 - Very nice salmon color. Lots of body, with dried berry flavors. Very dry and nice with ceviche. I have been looking for a nice Aussie Rose since finding the Charles Melton has become impossible. Fantastic QPR on this.

September 24, 2009 - Strawberry jam, and altogether pleasant. I wish more New World rose's were like this.

    September 17, 2009 - God-awful. I'd drink kerosene before I'd drink this again.

May 6, 2009 - Enjoyed it more (it became smoother; maybe less sour?) after it opened up a bit. Not bad; just not sure I would buy it again.

January 14, 2009 - As the previous reviews suggest, this wine should be tasted at several different temperatures. On day one I served at cellar temp and though I liked it my wife was not too impressed. Corked and in the frig overnight. Drank it cooler on day two and wife liked it a lot more. A very interesting wine and good value for the money.

January 7, 2009 - Served slightly chilled; having it at room temperature doesn't seem like a good idea. Some light preserve on the nose; not very well defined. The taste is better: cherry preserves, floral notes, perhaps some ripe berries. Quite elegant, goes well with tuscan bread and some cured meat. Not as crisp as other roses; more like a light pinot noir.

October 27, 2008 - Fairly servicable Rose but nothing special. Once it warmed up a bit it got better but not that much. I'll definitely pass in the future.

August 26, 2008 - Initially served at cellar temperature immediately after opening... didn't show too well, with light nose and not much complexity. After an hour open and warm up, this was so much better. A little bit darker for a Rosé. Nose shows powdered sugar stick (you know, from a Fun Dip), with some light strawberry, raspberry, and briar notes. Also smells a bit like a snow cone. Medium bodied with more candied sweets in the mouth, but very light tasting. Finishes with again some light fruity flavors, and is very elegant and smooth. Not sure what wine the other tasters had, but I'm much closer to IWC on this one. Certainly, not sure what brucejones had, since this wine has absolutely no sugar in it.
