January 14, 2023 - Let thos breathe for about an hour. It offers profuse dark fruit with a bittersweet dark chocolate edge. Some healthy tannin in the back end, alongside a long finish. This was fantastic with Ny strips and checks evety box for a great steakhouse cab, at a fraction of the normal tarriff. A Sonoma Cab that could easily pass for Oakville. 92+.

February 21, 2022 - 3 Days in Sonoma; 2/21/2022-2/23/2022 (Sonoma County, California): This has low tannin, moderate acidity, and an unusual spicy profile, with a flavor of chocolate. Nice balance, and easy to drink.
