June 1, 2022 - Oxidized and barely drinkable. I will contact the supplier and voice my concerns.

March 18, 2022 - Aroma of pear, a bit floral, mild moderate acidity, soft mouth feel, some muted spice and vanilla notes but not too much, so it was very good with a pasta dinner. 13% ABV.

January 31, 2022 - OK, but a bit overly spiced and too much caramel/butterscotch. It does have a bit of acid which helps. It paired pretty well with chicken and gravy, but on it's own, has too much spice for me.
