May 20, 2023 - Amazing nose of Arona and dark cherries with an almost musk element. Dominated by an acidity that lacks structure though. Definite deep Zin vibes but hard for me to like.
January 9, 2023 - Has gotten better, very nice. A minerality exudes with wafts of distant cinnamon, on the nose. Notice little forest floor. Some florals materializing, predominant blue flowers. A Zinfandel with distinctive personality.
September 29, 2022 - Fuzzy. Not sure where these wines are Going anymore (have drank about 114 bottles of Scholium)

December 23, 2021 - Loads of enticing red fruit, strong tannins and acidity, well made and quite good. Aroma is primarily red cherry, almost like some richer Pinot Noirs from Oregon but not quite so stoic. This wine definitely jumps out of your glass. And yet it's not heavy or too rich: well balanced and more complex than expected. Lovely wine.
November 28, 2021 - Opened bottle, very good. Red fruit inbetween cranberries and cherries. More on the cranberry. Nice acidity. Very pleasant. Great bottle drinking great now.
Poured a glass and let it sit. Wine opened up with a bouquet of pleasant aromatics.
