April 21, 2024 - Aligned with my previous tasting notes. concentrated and complex primary and secondary flavors/aromas. Difficult not to drink this wine immediately.

October 21, 2023 - A lovely wine!
Nose: licorice, smoke at first, then red and blue fruit and herbs and florals at the end!
Palete: perfect balance between acidity and fruit. So accessible and young! Red fruit, blue fruit. Fresh and floral.

September 2, 2023 - Almost a perfect wine! The taste lasted forever and it was very complex
Nose: rubber, licorice, red and blue fruit ( strawberries , blackberries) fresh herbs. So complex and delightful
Palete: multilayered , complex and perfectly integrated flavors. Perfection.

July 17, 2023 - Loads of very salty and fresh ripe cherries, perfect balance… Very concentrated cold cherries, with hint of slatiness and cold tannin, will require 5-10 years.
