February 19, 2024 - Popped and poured with dinner (vegatable soup). A pleasant white wine for a weeknight meal.

October 14, 2021 - With sushi. First had godello wine at a sushi place in Madrid called Miyama. Tried this to see if that pairing was as good as I remembered. Even tho it was a different winery, this was great. With tuna, red snapper, salmon and uni this was as good as I remembered. There is a good amount of acidity
August 7, 2021 - Pale gold. Out of the fridge, the nose is tight and unyielding. Allowing the temp to rise to about 60F, I get subtle citrus, maybe honeyed lemon water, and delightful fresh florals. In contrast, the palate offers generous flavors of white grapefruit, white peach, brisk acidity over gun flint and a smoky character, lingering for a long while after the finish. There's a slight grip in the aftertaste that I thought interesting - skin contact or stem inclusion perhaps?
February 20, 2021 - Enjoyed second bottle more then my first, food choice made the difference. Oddly this didn't work so well with Paella, but worked with a Bucatini thyme chicken dish with lemon zest and Spanish onions, bringing out the wine's olive brine saltiness with nice acidity.
February 15, 2021 - Not a bad tasting wine just boring one dimensional.
December 26, 2020 - 2020 Family Xmas; 12/23/2020-12/27/2020 (Alicante - España): By glass from a new bottle. Initially floral and quickly drifts towards notes of steel. In the mouth each element goes to its own with sharp edges and an absurdly knifie acidity. A small horror to end the year.
Por copas de una botella nueva. Inicialmente floral y rápidamente deriva hacia notas de acero. En boca cada elemento va a su aire, con puntiagudas aristas y una acidez absurdamente afilada . Un pequeño horror para terminar el año.
