September 25, 2021 - nose - white floral, touch of honey
mouth - very clean and showing little signs of its age, drinks great. subtle but lovely, a bit reminiscent of chamomile tea with a generous dollop of honey added. In some ways also reminded me of a mead.

November 3, 2018 - The Mistress is right. This is drinking well. Everything a mature white burgundy should be....enjoy!

December 27, 2017 - Light gold. Intense aroma of lemon, quince and a little clove. Powerful with terrific cut and acidity and a long finish. The vanilla notes are perceptible but well integrated. Everything a mature white Burgundy should be.

October 22, 2017 - Really good and correct bottle. Mature but fresh.

March 25, 2012 - Seemed funky and a little weird when opened on the evening of the 23rd. However, here we are 36 hours later and it's still alive and kicking. Deeply and darkly colored with excellent legs. The nose is very deep and all primary fruit is gone, leaving lovely secondary smells just on this side of oxidized, but refreshing and lovely noetheless. Appley fruit, good length. Still, wish I'd have opened it about a year ago. 4-11-15-8: 88/100.
