July 1, 2023 - Full body, golden color, 14.2% abv, interesting blend of 6 grapes, good fruit flavors, just think too much wood intrudes on the fruit, drank with whole wheat spaghetti with clam sauce with kale, drank easily but probably would not drink again.

February 24, 2023 - Very food friendly wine. Paired perfectly with Lemony Shrimp & Risotto. Not too many Paso whites that are worth the price of admission but this one qualifies IMHO.

October 28, 2022 - Light yellow color with a very slight orange tint
Nose: Medium(+) riper aromas of apricot, pineapple, and white flowers with some marshmallow notes
Palate: Off dry but on the drier side, medium bodied, medium acid, very slight phenolics, and plush texture. Medium(+)/pronounced flavors of pineapple and yellow apple with notes of vanilla and a hint of limestone minerality. Excellent balance, medium/medium(+) complexity, and a nice medium(+) juicy pineapple finish
Excellent balance and strong fruit make this wine a winner in my books!

July 15, 2022 - Sleight of Hand/Dama/ Denner Wine Dinner (Sleight of Hand Winery): Lemon, dust, mild spices, pie crust and toast points. Nice acidity and very nice wine. 91+
40% Roussanne, 22% Grenache Blanc, 12% Picpoul, 12% Marsanne, 8% Clairette Blanche, 6% Vermentino
