  February 23, 2022 - Really nice sparkling wine. Starts with green apple, ginger, pear and almond on the nose. Green apple, ginger, pear, peach flavors. Great acidity, well balanced. My only bottle, but no hurry to open them if you have more, but really good now.

  November 2, 2021 - Drank over two days, with not a lot of change from day one to day two.
  I generally agree with Gabird's notes. Nice acidity and green apple, with some faint citrus notes. Not a lot of depth or secondary notes, but a nice sparkler in any event. With some additional bottle age, this should continue to develop into another fine Schramsberg. Definitely one of the better single vineyard offerings from Schramsberg.

  December 19, 2020 - Citrus is there but this bottle ground itself with a green apple presence, both early and late. Beautiful sparkling wine with balance and clean, smooth finish. Delightful!

  November 4, 2020 - Crisp w/ citrus flavors leaning grapefruit. Clean, smooth, tart and delicious with smoked salmon and pairings!

  January 20, 2018 - Pretty much the same as the last note, but less tart/acidic. Drinking very well.
