February 15, 2024 - Lemon gold colour.
A big mealy, leesy nose with hints of peach & whetstone.
The palate is full & round with the meal & peach following thru in the mouth too, good acidity. Should keep reasonably well. -

December 31, 2022 - 2023 New Year Days in Hawkes Bay; 12/28/2022-1/3/2023 (Hawke's Bay): Intense fruity flavours, white peach, nectarine. Nutty, slightly mineral and smoky notes. Rich and moderate creamy texture, m+ body, solid acidity. Still young.
