February 22, 2024 - Tawny and clear in the glass, in great shape. Nose of nutty, figgy caramel without any spirity alcohol. Smooth, clean palate of fig, dates and hazelnut with a long, warm butterscotch and christmas cake finish. Very nice, Taylor quality shining through in a so-so vintage.

June 26, 2022 - Really great aged port. Most of the fruit has dissipated leaving a great tawny behind with slight red fruit notes. Acid is perfectly balanced to the sweetness and the finish is quite long.

May 4, 2022 - Decanted for 5 hours before serving with dessert. The light color speaks to the age of this port. Cherries, red berries and warm Christmas spices. Smooth and light bodied, this again shows that the fruit is wearing thin, still, this is a nice fully aged port that won't overpower anything.

November 20, 2021 - Reds and Ports (Sammamish, Washington): Mint, herbal notes, and some cinnamon on the nose. Great structure and good balance. It is round and pleasant. It exhibits some warms spice notes on the palate and long finish.
