December 31, 2022 - Öppnade denna flaska 5 dagar innan, hälldes upp på karaff och sedan stående i kylskåpet fram till nyårsafton.Det var ett klockrent val, smakade av denna 1 gång per dag och vinet var absolut mest harmonisk och tilltalande dag 5. Ett riktigt bra vin med en otrolig lång eftersmak! Dracks till lättstekt lamytterfille, svampsås med tryffel och det var en klockren kombination!

November 25, 2022 - 回塞九小时，醒酒器约两小时，深紫红色，闻香有奶油，紫罗兰，黑果，青味明显，还有甜香料的味道，入口酸度中高，酒液甜美，单宁紧涩，糊嘴，细砂纸颗粒，青味，草药，甜香料，黑果和果酱的味道，香气浓郁，酒体厚重，余味有点短，香草奶油和木质香气。感觉是一支深邃复杂的酒，很有内容，但没完全醒开。年份太新，不适饮，浓郁集中，像喝糖浆一样，平衡感做得很不错，感受不到酒精感。又一支澳洲浓郁系审美代表。
