August 6, 2017 - Deep garnet color. Minimally paling edge. Moderate legs. Moderate alcohol in the nose along with blackberries and herbs. In the mouth smooth tannins and good balance. Fruit is subdued. Good balance. Not sure I had this in its youth so I can't tell if this is heading up or down, but it gives a good amount of pleasure at this time. Had it with pan-fried seared chicken

March 10, 2008 - Very good wine with an impression of sweet fruit with the typical earthiness one expects from Mourvedre.
