June 10, 2023 - Pink, purplish rim with dark red center. Mixed of concentrated black and red fruits, capsicum, cedar and spices. Bold and lively. Medium acidity, medium-high tannin, and medium finish. Decanted for an hour. Smooth texture and balanced. It was drinking very well now, and could benefit from a few years of cellaring to soften up the dense fruits.
