December 23, 2022 - Knowing this was infanticide I still pulled a cork to determine if I wanted to buy more of these before the HEB super Cab sale concluded.
After 3.5 hrs in the decanter the nose is actually tighter than the small floral / dark fruity sample taken when I opened the bottle.
Tons of fine grained tannins dominate the wine and it's lengthy finish, this holds medium weight. Given my limited experience with Corison - only my third experience with this wine - I'm comfy replacing and maybe adding to tonight's bottle, but I'd wait another 2-3 years before opening my next bottle.1 person found this helpful Comment -

November 23, 2022 - Really enjoy sampling Corison at release and then putting the rest away for a long time.
