June 7, 2023 - PnP, chilled. Grapefruit, grapefruit, grapefruit! Lots of grapefruit on the nose and on the medium bodied palate, along with some lemon and some white fruits that (try as they might) can't quite punch through ...the grapefruit. With juicy acidity, this wine should hold.

January 8, 2023 - Repeating my review from May 2022. I still feel exactly the same way about this wine: “Perhaps the best Sauvignon Blanc I’ve ever tasted. Smooth. Lingering flavors of grapefruit, grasses, and passion fruit just burst into your mouth. Perfect level of acidity and well balanced. Just an incredible wine.”

October 15, 2022 - A mid range white. Good with pasta or before dinner. Fruit on the nose with a dry finish

June 11, 2022 - Restrained gooseberry on nose.
Not intense but very long. Soft acidity with gooseberry adding grass and citrus pith notes. Nice balance with .75 TA and .24 RS
