August 17, 2022 - Solid dry representation of the style. Delicious with spicy Thai green curry. Hint of sweet and residual sugar but definitely subtle. Hint of dandelion in the middle. Tart apple and a little grass more prominent. Good level of acidity. Finish was medium in length. But chilled a little extra would be a thirst quencher. Love this rocker of a winery.
