February 26, 2024 - Pale to medium lemon in color. Pronounced aromas of lemon, green apple, pineapple and honey. Very high acidity, medium alcohol, light to medium bodied. Pronounced flavors of lemon, green apple, pineapple. Long finish to go with that mouthwatering acidity.
Several of my previous bottles of Mayacamas chard (earlier vintages) were oxidized. I'm glad to say this one isn't. It's hitting on all cylinders.1 person found this helpful Comment -

January 7, 2024 - Crisp lemon with some oak. Full balance with length. We really enjoyed with our Caesar salad.

December 20, 2023 - More burgundian than other Napa chards I have tried, this was delicate and very pleasant without being wildly exciting.
