January 5, 2011 - Blind Chardonnay @ Doug's (Portland, ME): Surprisingly this had more acid that I would have expected from this wine at this point in it's life. Full of bright tropical fruits on the nose and palate with a medium length finish. This feels like it could improve with another year or two in the bottle...it would be interesting to taste other vintages from this producer.

December 30, 2009 - Great wine with food. A bit thin and light by itself, but with the right food opens up and was perfect. Had with Seared grouper with a mango cream sauce, steamed carrots, and sauteed green beans.
