December 23, 2023 - Lovely Meunier character. Massively fruity - notes of red apple, red cherry, strawberry, citrus, brioche, rose petals. On the sweeter side. Everyone enjoyed this. Disgorged 6/6/23.
July 1, 2023 - Rhubarb, wild strawberry. Pink. Fruit on nose and palate, and then it gracefully recedes, slowly, with slate and chalk. Just beautiful.

Lovely pink color, sweet cherries and strawberries, slight confection, flintiness. More sweetness than the 2.5 g/l would suggest. Works with Sushi or alone.
