Community Tasting Notes 1

  • La Cave d'Argent Likes this wine: 91 points

October 26, 2022 - Ordered from a restaurant list, this light golden wine was uncorked and immediately poured, being consumed over a 90 minute period. With minimal time in the glass, it reveals an intense aromatic profile of orchard fruits, wet stones, jasmine and cut grass. Light-to-medium-bodied, crisply acidic, seamlessly alcoholic (12.5%) and without detectable wood, it delivers flavors that mirror the aromas and stays solid on the mid-palate. Medium-to-long and vibrant on the back end, this is a well-crafted Sauvignon Blanc that can be enjoyed as an apéritif or as an accompaniment to light fare. Drink now-2026.
