May 27, 2024 - Nice pale pink color, good acidity, lots of raspberries and strawberries on the palate, with a nice ending tinged by persistent acidity and some spice. Perfect when served chilled. Great poolside sipper.
May 13, 2023 - Excellent Provence rosé. Fresh strawberry with a delicate herbal edge. Nearly no bitterness on the finish.
Goes down like water in warm weather.

November 24, 2022 - Rose and sausages (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Savoury, slightly smoky, struck match notes, sweet spice, muted non-delineated fruit, a little red and blackberry. Medium plus intensity acidity, textured burr, fruit in support. Savoury. Interesting. Okay.
September 6, 2022 - This is only OK value at 15 Euros. Has lightish aromas of salmon and strawberries. Its leanish dry medium bodied orange fruits palate ends mediumish and fresh. 13%. A bit simple. Good in the 30 degree heat on my terrace!

July 16, 2022 - A light bodied fruit forward rose. I get mostly light strawberry with some raw pear fruit harsh flavor which is quickly followed by medium acidity. A little unbalanced.
