September 21, 2015 - aged very well. minor bricking, minor sediment. much better than bottle I consumed 5 years ago. Well integrated tannins, mature fruit. short on the finish.

October 8, 2013 - OK....so I was a bit concerned since I was sitting on this bottle and the site said drink by 2011. I opened it, and I would say you can extend the drink by date. It was perfect. Reminded me why I bought it in the first place. Try it....you won't be disappointed.

February 4, 2012 - Venturied and decanted. Fruity, herbal and tar aroma. Blackberry, cedar and tar on the palate. Also tasted the skins, stems and seeds. A little hot and harsh to start but settled down after an hour or so. One bottle remains. I will let it breath longer and try with red meat.

October 23, 2011 - Very approachable - just straight forward nice wine, esp if your like a wine with light tannins.

September 12, 2011 - Not what I would have hoped for at the price, marketing I guess, food wine, peppery finish, not much else to say.
