September 18, 2023 - Green edged with citrus fruits and savory notes. This sizzles with energy and acidity but manages to avoid shrillness. Worked well with a slightly spicy chicken dish. Drinking young seems like the move here.

February 7, 2023 - This is an outstanding Sauvignon Blanc in they style of Semillon. There is a lot of tropical and citrus fruit on the nose, which follow in the mouth. It is lush, round, and delightful.

January 17, 2023 - A wine unlike any I’ve ever had. Would have never known it was Sauvignon blanc in a blind tasting. Really unique flavor. Weighty, pear in juice, melon, complex, long finish. Kudos to the winemaker on this one. Excellent.
