August 15, 2023 - Served blind, this was pretty rustic. Some green stem notes and cranberry fruit. The acidity felt a little disjointed, but all in all it’s held up well.

August 12, 2023 - Better than I recall my last bottle 3yrs ago. Wonderful expressive nose with dried fruits and richly ripe fruit. Just the slightest hint of volatility/heat. Palate is well balanced and lush, quite smooth on the palate. Strong cedar spice quality that's well integrated. this glides across the palate into a surprisingly long finish. I have a hard time seeing this get better--but the warm vintage was well managed here.

July 4, 2020 - I was worried this may be over the hill given the hot vintage—but was pleasantly surprised. Vibrant, mature fruit with a rather strong/distinct cinnamon note. Just the faintest hint of a roasted quality. Quite fresh despite despite the ripeness of the vintage. Probably best to drink. Won’t fall off a cliff for some time.

May 2, 2020 - Drink up if you have it. Still really good but on the downslope.

August 2, 2019 - 13 year old Pinot so I was skeptical. Little past it’s prime but with some time and air this opened up to be another amazing Patty Green Pinot (RIP). Red fruits, plum, red licorice all paired well with our salmon dinner.
