  April 14, 2024 - Perfect match to the pork stew (cloves, cumin, different peppers) The Wine Lovers Cookbook. Excellent dark fruit flavors

  April 11, 2024 - Nose of black cherry, coffee bean, cola, and oak. Layers of ripe fleshy black plum and black cherry roll across the palate followed by a lift of acidity and redder fruit. Thick line of tannins on the finish with loads of leather, more fleshy plum, and a quick cherry note before the oak roars back on a long finish. Missing just a bit of zest.
