Community Tasting Notes 10

January 27, 2024 - Super sweet - bordering on too sweet, for possibly the first time ever with a Kracher wine. Lovely aromas, only barely enough acidity, and lots of interesting complexity. Good stuff, but this is one where it may need a smaller serving.

December 20, 2023 - To me, this is a little too "sugary" and almost overwhelm the palate, still good though.

October 26, 2020 - Amazingly fresh and vibrant while still quite sweet as well. Lots of honey and spice with richness and great mouthfeel and aftertaste.

May 22, 2018 - This still tastes very good, but it is now too sweet for my liking. It is now more amber in color and has a bit of caramel and lots of honey.

November 3, 2017 - Medium brown. Addictively sweet nose with a sweet nose of walnut shell preserves with a bit of Bing Cherry. Unctuous texture. Notes of apricot, honey, caramel, a bit of mango, and unbelievable overall umami. Intense and delicious.
