February 12, 2023 - Medium bodied, medium acidity and soft tannins. Forest floor and mushroom are the first things to hit the nose. Dark cherry and cola. Nice with trout on the first night and steak on the second.

Ruby color.
Nose offers some red fruits and forest floor and fresh earth.
Light fruit and fresh acidity. Leans a bit tart on the finish.
