February 15, 2024 - PnP. This wore a lot of hats over the three hours it was open. If this is representative, it really found its full footing at ~ 90 minutes but the time before and after was loads of fun, too. IIRC, < 300 bottles produced. 12,4% abv. Drin now or in the coming few years. recommended

October 28, 2022 - what this lacks in pleasing fruit it has intriguing citrus oils, herbs and mineral elements that are medium to full in intensity.

September 18, 2022 - M+ viscosity cloudy hay color. Interesting nose… brownies and floral. Rather intense bitter notes on the palate. Kind of a tang. Very rounded, kind of blunted acidity. Tropical and floral notes. I appreciate trying to do something different but probably wouldn’t get this again.

May 25, 2022 - Fabulous and unusual wine. Great zest and energy. Apple and lemon on the nose. The palate is complex and intriguing, urging another sip and then another.

May 20, 2022 - This is an incredible wine. Poured at cellar temp; light green with hints of gold. Not really an orange wine, just a little time on skins. Nose is a little reticent still, with leesy peanut, golden apple, green strawberry, terpenes, and bitter orange pith. The palate is kaleidoscopic in citrus, stone, bitter white herb, ripe anjou pear skin, fresh sourdough bread, and fresh pineapple. The finish unfurls for a solid minute with just the slightest hint of tannic rasp. If night 1’s an indicator, this will age for a decade at least. This is exceptional, profound wine, and my WoTY so far.
