July 3, 2023 - Nice balanced SB. Citrus and acid driven though nicely balanced. Green apple and some lime on both thenose and palate. Paired well with some lighter food; didn't hold up with grilled chicken.

June 8, 2023 - Extremely nice example of an SB. Just the right amount of fruit vs acid/tartmess; i..e great balance. Nice to sip; good with light food. Better if not too cold. Nice grassy notes with undertones of lime and peach.

June 6, 2023 - Perfect sipping wine, esp. for summer. Beautiful balance of grass, lemon, lime and more, esp. on the palate. Overall a soft wine: very subtle, nothing jumps out. Acidity is there but restrained. Sophisticated.

December 21, 2022 - Almost clear. 12.5% ABV. The aroma is fresh reminds me of outdoors. This is not a fruit forward SB. The style is like a Bordeaux Blanc. But without the semillon. Restrained citrus, some herbal notes, good acidity and minerality. Quite nice with dinner

October 18, 2022 - Solid SB with grassy notes on the nose along with apple; continues on the palate along with some citrus notes. Zingy flavors, good acidity. Nice overall.
