December 23, 2023 - Pronounced autolytic aromas (yeast, brioche, pastry crust, cheese), followed by ripe stone fruit (peach) and tropical fruit (pineapple). Green apple, lemon, yellow grapefruit, pear, unripe nectarine, pineapple, and a little burnt sugar. Medium lemon/gold. M/M+ body. M+ acid. Long finish. Outstanding, and a good QPR. 100% Chardonnay.

April 22, 2022 - Tasting @ Klein Constantia: Lemon, lots of bread dough, yeasty, high acidity. A lovely simple sparkling wine.
