August 26, 2021 - Pop and pour yesterday. Notes from a little over 24 hrs open. On the nose: soft cardamom, cranberry, cinnamon, black pepper, loads of spice, but good fruit. On the palate: good acidity, crushed black pepper, cranberry, wild strawberry. Soft tannin with numbing white peppercorn on the finish. Absolutely lovely for my palate.
