April 5, 2011 - I agree with my earlier posting on 2/6 and 2/11. Drinkable after it sits for a bit but I still used it for cooking. My last bottle of 2005.

February 21, 2011 - This wine must be past it's time. The aftertase was just too off. Did not finish the bottle. I used the rest for cooking. I do not think it was spoiled, just not good. I have one more bottle. When I open it I will be prepared to use it for cooking as well.

December 26, 2008 - Some oak and honey on the nose. Velvety mouthfeel with lemony citrus, no oaky flavors. Extremely pleasant all-around.
