April 21, 2012 - A very nice bottle with notes of clove, cinnamon and earth with a good fruit component as well Plenty of acid and years of life ahead although I dont see a lot of improvement- just a plateau of goodness

June 23, 2011 - Just flat out funky-bad.... This bottle wasn't corked, but had something that made it bitter and astringent. PH said it had been sulfured heavily, resulting in oxidation. To me, it tasted like it had sat for a month in the back seat of a hot car. This went right down the drain.

December 30, 2007 - Getting near end of life. Its still crisp and minerally, but not as good as when we drank it at the Chateau....drink up if you have it still.
