  April 9, 2023 - Very tasty bubbles. Opened for a solo glass on my birthday "celebration", MrsBad was in C-quarantine. Drank over the rest of the week. Fine, lively mousse, crisp and complex.

  February 17, 2023 - Lovely aroma, reminds me of fruity sherbet / ice cream. Peach, lemon and raspberry flavors with a cherry finish. Very aggressive bubbles at first, but that calmed down with some air. A little simple but goes down easy.
  
  I have noticed that all of these Under The Wire wines benefit from air and time to open up, and this is no exception.

  January 22, 2023 - Fruit forward, apple and pear, good acid structure, slightly alcoholic finish.

There’s the lightly burnished lemon fruit, and the distinct saline note, but somehow it just smells and tastes the way a wine from Heron Lake smells and tastes. It’s also a fine sparkling wine, as it pleased both me my discerning wife with our favorite accompaniment, popcorn. I have one remaining bottle, and I will be looking for more.
