October 4, 2020 - Nose of dried pineapple, coconut, mushrooms and buttery toast. Taste fills you mouth with orange zest, red apples and a bit of pineapple and buttery toast. Has a bit of a bitter bite at the end but if fades with time in the glass. Acidity and bubbles are wonderful. This is a wonderful wine! The finish is super long and stays with you. Would love to try their vintage wines. Learned a bit about the bottle shape and its meant to act as decanter.
