March 2, 2024 - Elegant with flavors of blackberry, cassis, bell pepper, and coffee. Fine tannins, good acidity, and medium bodied. Enjoyable.

March 22, 2023 - We let it breathe for an hour. Smelled like manure and grapes. When tasting I got A LOT of black pepper and spice on the front and then a pleasant cherry/apple flavor on the back. Same for my wife except she got white pepper on the front.
It should be paired with something salty. We broke out some sea salt chocolate to get through the bottle. This one might get better with age.1 person found this helpful Comment -
