May 8, 2023 - Not ready to drink, popped and poured and drank over an hour.
On the nose: dark fruit and spices
On the palate: notes of blackberry, tobacco, black tea, tomato leaf with a medium length and grippy tannins.
Lots of potential, should have paired this with red meat to balance the tannins
